I offer a FREE 15-minute phone consultation to answer any questions you may have in order to help you determine if I am the best fit for what you are looking for in a therapist.

Sessions can be in-person, via telehealth or a combination of the two depending upon what best fits your needs or schedule.

Counseling Fees:

$165 per 1-hour individual session

$200 per 1 - hour couples session

Payment for Services:

All services are private pay and payment is required at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment are:

Cash, Check, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa/MC/Discover/AE).

Private pay counseling creates space for therapy to be fully centered around you. It offers more privacy, greater flexibility, and the freedom to pursue support without the limitations often required by insurance companies. Whether you are navigating stress, relationships, life transitions, anxiety, or personal growth, private pay counseling allows your care to be tailored to your unique needs and goals in a more personal and confidential setting.

Deposit/Late Cancellation/No-Show Fees:

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of an appointment time specifically for you, I require a $100 deposit on first appointments only. This deposit is applied toward the session fee for your first appointment. This deposit is refundable until 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you no -show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time you will forfeit any refund on this deposit.

A minimum of 24 hours (1 day) notice is required for re-scheduling or cancelling an appointment. The full session fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification. Most insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions.
