INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

Individual counseling offers a safe, confidential space to explore personal challenges, emotions, and life experiences with professional support. Therapy can help you manage stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and major life transitions while building healthier coping skills and greater self-awareness. Together, we work toward meaningful growth, emotional well-being, and positive change at a pace that feels right for you.

I work with ages 10 and up.

COUPLES COUNSELING

Couples counseling provides a supportive space for partners to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their connection. Through guided conversations and practical tools, couples can work through conflict, navigate life transitions, and better understand each other’s needs. Whether you’re facing ongoing challenges or simply want to deepen your relationship, counseling can help create healthier patterns and lasting growth together.

VIRTUAL/TELEHEALTH SESSIONS

These are counseling sessions provided through a HIPPA compliant video conferencing platform. Virtual/Telehealth counseling can provide you with increased flexibility for your counseling sessions...especially if you travel for work, have any unexpected changes in your schedule, or just prefer to have sessions from the comfort of your home, office, or car!

I have many clients that are solely telehealth and I have several others that fluctuate between in-person and telehealth sessions based on their needs at the time of their appointment. I am happy to be flexible with whatever works best for you!

CLINICAL SUPERVISION FOR LPC ASSOCIATES

I currently offer private clinical supervision for LPC Associates in accordance with the Texas state licensing board requirements (off-site). So, if you are an LPC-associate looking to develop and refine your counseling skills, my clinical supervision services can help you build confidence and gain the clinical expertise you need to succeed as a fully Licensed Professional Counselor.
